There are few fans of any college sport who will not recognize this character. “Hey Reb” is the official mascot of all things UNLV, and here he is, front and center, with his trademark long mustache and huge grey hat. This familiar image can be found all over the campus, but is especially revered by fans of the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels basketball team. This design, in the traditional school colors of scarlet and grey, is a UNLV alumnus’ dream. Accented smartly by black bands outlined in white, at the base of each tier, nothing detracts from “Hey Reb’s” unmistakable image, or the “UNLV” proudly displayed at the base of the design.
