Here we have a tribute to a great American success story – a replica in cake form of the famed Tapatio Salsa Picante Hot Sauce. And a reminder of what a dream, a great recipe, a lot of hard work and a good bit of luck can accomplish. Mr. Saavedra took a chance and it ultimately paid off handsomely. (That certainly fits in with a Las Vegas lifestyle!)No tortilla chips to accompany this ‘bottle’ though – it could be the one and only time that hot sauce is enjoyed with a plate and a fork!
