It seems that the age at which one is considered "Over the Hill", or at death's door, gets younger and younger, doesn't it? Actually, this overemphasis regarding turning 35 is meant in fun, and also a nod to the persistent (and may I add "obnoxious") practice of deliberately and prematurely announcing on Internet sites (such as Facebook) the death of a celebrity. Hoaxes regarding the deaths of no less than Morgan Freeman, Johnny Depp, Jim Carrey, Tom Hanks, and even Lady Gaga, have circulated numerous times, when the truth of the matter was much as Mark Twain commented: "The report of my death was an exaggeration." This novelty (and slightly "grim") design depicts a recently dug grave, with coffin awaiting the lowering into the earth. The headstone is in place, and all that remains is for the mourners to arrive. In the meantime, everyone should get into "party" mode, and dig into this delicious (albeit possibly "final") dessert! "R.I.P. - Over the Hill at 35??" is for that friend or relative with a good sense of humor who's not really particularly sensitive about his age!
