"Frozen" is the fantastically popular Disney movie that walked away with two academy awards: Best Animated Feature Film, and Best Original Song. This design is sure to charm one and all. Two round tiers are frosted in "ice blue" and white icicles are carefully drizzled from the top of each tier, down the sides. Delicate and ornate snowflakes are everywhere in this work, even on the hem of Elsa's skirt, which forms a third "tier." The two round tiers are each edged in hand-piped combed-ruffle, adding a touch of finery. A strand of ice blue beads also rings the base of the top layer. Elsa's gown is fit for a queen, with its overlay of sparkling tulle, and glittering design in royal blue. She seems resigned, but content, to be alone in her castle of ice and snow, but Olaf is present to lift her spirits and provide "comic relief" when things become difficult for her. A design that will be a sure-fire hit for any little girl who was swept away by the story and the movie!
