For the future pilot, this cheery little affair is just the ticket! A single oblong tier, in (of course!) sky blue, is decked out with a superabundance of fluffy white clouds that for all the world resemble cotton candy - not enough to spoil the flight, however. A small, but sturdy-looking white plane, with sporty red stripes glides along; shining in the sunlight, dancing on the clouds. A thin black border accents the edge of the top surface, and the event announcement, including the name of the little guest of honor, is spelled out in large black fanciful letters. First birthdays are particularly important markers, and "Flying High" is certain to make this a memorable one.
