All Las Vegas Cakes

This lovely design is just the selection for that one-year-old princess of yours. The hand-molded tier in the shape of a gigantic numeral one is iced in white, then delicately airbrushed in shades of lavender and pink, along the edges, emphasizing the shape. A charming hand-piped "ruffle" trim finishes off the base of the tier, and the edges are trimmed in stripes of deep purple, in varying widths. Atop the cake are two clutches of out-sized hand-crafted roses in purple and pink, resting on beds of spring green leaves which also trail off on their own. The greeting on the surface of the cake announces the event and the name of the birthday girl. "She's Number One!" takes on a precious meaning with this concoction of "sugar and spice."
