The current Marineland in Florida is one of Florida's first marine mammal parks, and is billed as "the world's first oceanarium". Originally opening in 1938, Marineland now functions as an entertainment and swim-with-the-dolphins facility, and reopened to the public on March 4, 2006. This hand-molded design, in the likeness of the "Orky", one of the original Orca "killer whales" and main attractions at the park, serves as the central theme for this creative novelty design. This decidedly friendly-looking whale inspires trust and seems to be balancing some brightly-colored balloons on his powerful tail, in honor of this celebratory reunion. A spirit of fun and camaraderie is sure to be present at this gathering, with Orky presiding over the festivities, in "Marineland Whale"!
