Elmo's just dropping by to say "Hi!" and "Happy Birthday, Rohaun!" Elmo's been in high demand since his official debut as a primary character on Sesame Street in 1984. He is particularly popular with the "toddler" set, and "Tickle Me Elmo", a plush toy that was released in 1996, was an immediate smash hit, remaining extremely popular today. This colorful and cheery two-tiered design, titled "Par-tay Elmo", bespeaks Elmo's bubbly personality. Muted shades of green and yellow are accented with darker shaded "dots", and wrapped in ribbon bands. Strings of large beads edge the base of each tier, and pieces of curled "ribbon" embellish the work. At the top of the design, a large bow in bright blue is being untied by Elmo, who's wearing a sporty party hat, trying to "get this par-tay started!"
