All Las Vegas Cakes

This winsome affair is certain to charm and enchant. The single round white tier is artfully studded with dots of yellow, blue, and green, in varying sizes, and wrapped up at the base with a broad ribbon in baby blue, culminating in a tidy, gentlemanly bow. Resting atop this pied is a baby's bottom, modestly covered in the same baby blue, with white ruffled trim, little baby's legs, feet (begging to be tickled), and tiny little toes sticking out, as baby sleeps on his tummy. The baby may not remember this "welcome home" party, but everyone else in attendance surely will, most especially "mom-and-dad-to-be!"
