Five coral and white tiers are stacked to create an "off-center" tower.At the top, we see a cowgirl bride, who means business in "Groom Roping."Wide ribbon bands in chocolate brown set off the two bottom tiers, and a stylized curving design, in purple, complete with curlicues and other flourishes, winds its way down the side of the cake.As previously noted, the bride is busy securing her trophy, and an extra length of rope is close at hand, resting on the bottom tier, just in case it's needed.A quirky design for the couple with a sense of humor, this one will be long-remembered.
