This splendid work in "Coral and Ivory" is simply breathtaking. Three round tiers, iced in shimmering ivory create the infrastructure for this opus. The top and bottom tiers feature a "pleated" effect that runs on a bias, half-way around each of the layers. The folds of the pleats add texture and grace to the overall look. From the crown of this piece, an abundance of riches in the form of dozens of hand-crafted and oversized peonies, daisies, and other floral varieties, flows. This extravagant plethora of flowers, all tinted a stunning shade of glowing coral, cascades down the side of the cake, spilling onto the platform on which the cake is presented. This design definitely has that "Wow!" factor. Its commanding presence is versatile enough to enliven any occasion: birthday, anniversary, wedding, engagement, "Bon Voyage", "Welcome Home."
