All Las Vegas Cakes

Another variation on the Damask theme. Three fondant covered asymmetric layers are a modern base that nicely counterpoints the ancient weaving pattern of Damask. Our Damask pattern in high contrast black ornaments two of the three tiers. The center layer of bright white breaks the pattern and acts as a soothing design element. Strands of black beads complete each tier. Flowers, our own outstanding sugar creations or fresh (as shown here)are tied with satin ribbon to top the cake and accent each tier.
