The classic appeal of stark black and white is front and center, in this stylish affair.This composition consists of two graduated square tiers.The lower is encased in a black "ribbon" band at the base, and accented with a hand-drawn design of ornate flourishes, in black.The smaller tier is wrapped in a black "ribbon" band, as well, but in this configuration, the hand-drawn design is on top of the ribbon itself, in white, and tiny white pearls delineate the two layers.
