All Las Vegas Cakes

This creation is for the die-hard movie fan. A single square tier, iced in white, is hardly even visible, acting as the support for all the paraphernalia covering it. A reproduction of the traditional "Comedy/Tragedy" masks that have been associated with theater and acting since the time of ancient Greece, graces the top surface of the cake, front and center. Shiny silver reels of film, a clapboard (or "clapperboard") announces the date, the "take" number, the director, and title of the production, and fluffy popcorn kernels are everywhere, spilling out of their red and white striped box! Bright yellow stars on wires shoot out from the top of the cake, giving the occasion a "star-studded" air. A DVD of the Indie film "Love Triangle" also makes an appearance here.
