It would be difficult to find a more beloved "bad guy" than Boba Fett, of "Star Wars" fame. Boba Fett stems from initial design concepts for Darth Vader, who was originally conceived as a rogue bounty hunter. While Vader became less a mercenary and more of a dark knight, the bounty hunter concept remained, and Fett became "an equally villainous" but "less conspicuous" character, in what many consider the most successful and famous franchise of science fiction movies, ever. A true "cult following" has grown up around this character. He is revered and imitated widely by fans.
