All Las Vegas Cakes

This delightful design is one that will bring charm and cheer to any event: birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, christening, quinceañera, or just because you're showing off at a special luncheon. Two round tiers stack up to form the base of this design. The top layer is iced in pristine white; the bottom begins in palest pink and graduates to a "shocking pink" at the base. The top layer is artfully decorated with delicate pink flowers, in various sizes, all the way around the side. A pink satin ribbon band edges the base of this tier and delineates the tiers. The bottom layer precisely emulates a very "girly" and flouncy skirt that is comprised of dozens of rows of meticulously hand-formed ruffles. The rows of ruffles begin in a very pale pink, and gradually darken in hue until they attain a very rich deep shade of pink. These ruffles appear so light and airy that they MUST be real. They are just begging to be touched. Crowning this piece is a huge draping bow made of variegated pink "satin."
