This life-like novelty design is shaped in the likeness of a large pig, sitting on a serving platter. This is definitely not the piggy who went "Wee wee wee, all the way home." It's more likely that this is the piggy who had "roast beef" - in order to fatten him up. He's all dressed up, with a bow tie around his neck, and a pilgrim-type hat on his head. It looks like he is under the impression he was invited to Thanksgiving dinner - not to BE Thanksgiving dinner! The detail in this design is quite remarkable. The shape of the pig, the snout, the eyes, and the ears, are all formed, and textured, perfectly. If he just stays where he is, long enough to be placed into the oven, all should go well, for the feast ahead!
